All Communication Data – This Site & Social Media – This includes any communication such as contact via this website, direct email contact, social media, phone – text or telephone call, carrier pigeon, or any form of contact you should choose to use.  All data is processed so that we can communicate with you, to keep our records updates, with the interest of using the data in a manner that is legitimate interests with the operations of Imagine Code Create to enable us to administer this website and our business beyond this.

Customer Experience Data – We use Google Analytics to monitor how people use this website.  To get the benefit of Google Analytics and to be able to have tools/data to provide you with the best visitor experience possible, we collect data such as your IP address, date(s) you visited the site, how long you were on the site/each page, browser used, how you navigated through the site, time of visit, in addition to other bits of information about how you accessed our site.   

Marketing – In general, this means we use the information you provide and which we collect, to be able to conduct marketing activities that tie into our legitimate interests.  In the event you subscribe, we will collect the data you provided such as (but not limited to) name, country of residence,email address, your preferences in receiving marketing from us. In the event we hold any specific competitions, promotions, prize draws, giveaways, we may use the data you have provided, to help us in this process.

Disclosure Of Your Details To Third Parties – There may be an occasion(s) when we need to share your details with third parties to be able to provide our business services, online presence, returned communication with you in a way that meets our legitimate interests.  An example of this would be technology companies who provide Imagine Code Create with products/ services such as server hosting, WordPress plug-in application providers, email marketing platform provider, among others.  Other entities would be those we come into contact with or work with in a business capacity such as auditors, professional advisers, lawyers. In the event any Government entities contact us to request data, will will work in accordance with the laws and regulations we are bound by when replying to these requests.   Looking towards our future, should Imagine Code Create seek to merge or be sold, all data will be the property of / shared among new partners or owners of the business. In all of these cases, any third party to whom we give your data to, we will demand that all/any parties handle all data in accordance with current laws are regulations.

Imagine Code Create uses functional cookies and external scripts to improve your experience. Which cookies and scripts are used and how they impact your visit is determined by our WordPress theme Twenty Sixteen, current version 2.0 (as of 29.03.20.20) by Royal Flush.  We will update the version of the Twenty Sixteen theme continuously.
